The San Francisco 49ers have a clean bill of health heading into the NFC Championship Game against the Detroit Lions. Linebacker Oren Burks (shoulder) was the only active player to enter the weekend with an injury and was cleared to play after participating in limited practice Friday.

The biggest injury news of the week came on Friday when wide receiver Deebo Samuel came off the injured list. Samuel spent most of the week dealing with a shoulder injury he suffered in the first quarter of the team's divisional round game against the Green Bay Packers. The wideout only played nine snaps in this game and was therefore forced to miss the first practice of the week in San Francisco.

“In a big game like this, I had a million emotions on the sideline trying to keep my team together,” Samuel said. “Just seeing them get the 'W' was a relief too. I had an extra week to figure out what was going on…It was pretty painful at the time, but as the week went on I felt the same way. I said (the physical therapy team) did a good job relieving all the pain and my mobility and restore strength. I feel like they did a great job.”

All 49ers players on the inactive list for Sunday's contest are healthy scratches.
