Sharon Osbourne rushed to hospital after medical emergency: report

Sharon Osbourne has reportedly been rushed to hospital after suffering a medical emergency on the set of a new TV show.

The former “Talk” host, 70, “fell ill” on Friday while filming for a paranormal show at the Glen Tavern Inn in Santa Paula, California, according to TMZ.

A spokesman for the Ventura County Fire Department also told TMZ that they received a “medical call” from the tavern around 6:30 p.m. local time.

Osbourne was reportedly taken to Santa Paula Hospital.

Her current state of health is unknown.

Osbourne’s rep did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

It’s unclear what could have caused the former X Factor judge to fall ill as she recently opened up about major health issues.

However, in May, Osbourne announced on Instagram that she had contracted COVID-19.

At the time, she posted a photo of herself receiving help via an IV tube and throwing a peace sign out of bed.

However, Osbourne was soon back at work, appearing on television in the United Kingdom.

Over the summer, the Charm School graduate had actually been caring for her husband Ozzy Osbourne, who had undergone “life-changing” back surgery.

“Our family would like to express so much gratitude for the overwhelming amount of love and support that led to Ozzy’s surgery,” Sharon wrote on her Instagram Stories in June.

Sharon and Ozzy have been married since 1982.
