'SNL': Dakota Johnson's Monologue Mocks Justin Timberlake's 'Comeback'

This week's Saturday Night Live kicked off with an almost unwatchable parody of CBS's NFL broadcast before Dakota Johnson took the stage looking absolutely incredible, dressed in a number reminiscent of Phoebe Waller-Bridge's black jumpsuit in “Fleabag” reminded.

The actress described her upcoming film Madame Web – a Spider-Man spinoff starring Sydney Sweeney – as “like AI creating the perfect movie for your friend.”

“I did a lot of press work for this and I'm just…not good at talking to journalists,” Johnson said during her monologue. “I think the big problem is that I say things and then they write them down, and that's really unfair because I'm joking most of the time.”

She mentioned that tonight was also a “reunion of sorts” for her and musical guest Justin Timberlake, as the two shared an awkward scene the morning after on David Fincher's “The Social Network.”

With that, Timberlake stopped the monologue and practically begged to appear in any sketches throughout the evening.

“I'm so glad you chose my show for your comeback,” Johnson told her former co-star.

“It's, uh… Hmm… comeback… is that what we call it? “Okay,” Timberlake replied, pretending to be offended.

“Yes! I mean a comeback in a good way,” Johnson insisted.

Cue Timberlake: “Ah, okay. I see what this is. Here we make a joke like: “First he brought sexy back and now he brings sperm again.”

“I wouldn’t put it that way,” Johnson shot back.
