As part of our Le projet maison de… series, in collaboration with Desjardins, we had the opportunity to visit his new condominium in his favorite Hochelaga-Maisonneuve area. We also took the opportunity to talk about real estate investing, mortgage loans and small DIY renovations.
Nothing complicated
It’s been a little over a year since Félix-Antoine moved into his bright condominium. After renovating a duplex from scratch a few years ago, the animator was looking for a “turnkey” property to breathe a little. Why condominium instead of house? “For your peace of mind!” he said.
