Sean Monahan shows no signs of slowing down for a couple of games on the Winnipeg side, as the former Montreal Canadiens picked up two more points in the Jets' 4-2 win over the St. Louis Blues on Tuesday night at the Canada Life Centre.
After being neutralized in his first four games with his new team, the center found his way. Since then, he has scored six goals in five meetings, including a hat trick against the Calgary Flames on February 19.

Well-positioned at the top of the slot, Monahan let loose a quick one-timer to get the Jets on the scoreboard in the first period.
So far, the 29-year-old veteran hasn't been generous with his new teammates, but he contributed an assist on Alex Iafallo's net midway through the third period.
Captains Adam Lowry and Brayden Schenn set the tone at the start of the game by throwing away the gloves. This rare battle between two “C” wearers went to the advantage of the Jets representative, who sent his rival to the mat with a powerful punch.
Winnipeg has now won its last four meetings. They also won their three regular season games against the Blues.
