UKRAINE. The Russian oligarch’s yacht, worth almost 128 million euros, was halted on Monday, March 14, in Barcelona, ​​Spain, as part of sanctions against Russia after the invasion of Ukraine, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez said.
