The happy news comes less than a year after the reality TV couple walked down the aisle.

The couple tied the knot at the InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast in March last year and shared a series of wedding photos on Instagram.

The lavish ceremony was attended by 150 guests, including her former co-stars Ankur Dogra and Sharon Johal, Rachel and Ryan Carr, and Tom Calleja and Sarah-Jane Wilson.

The couple finally sold their Block home in February last year – three months after failing in the televised auction.

The Gisborne property found a buyer in a private sale and it is unclear what the selling price was or whether the original reserve of $4.08 million was reached.

Adams and Heath took to Instagram at the time to reflect on the sale and shared a photo of themselves smiling on their porch.

'Hello everybody. Thank you everyone for your lovely messages. “It was overwhelming,” they wrote.

“We found out about the sale and are happy that we can now move forward.” We are very pleased that we can now concentrate on selling the palm house. Great love.'

The couple's Macedon Ranges home was sold at auction last November when it failed to meet the reserve requirement of $4.08 million.

TCC real estate agent Kirrily Evans told NCA NewsWire the house was sold to a “nice family” who “fell in love the moment they came over.”

A Nine Network spokesman confirmed the house went to a family, “which is a positive outcome for everyone”, but would not disclose the sale price.
