Kyly Clarke is struggling to find tenants for her newly renovated investment property in Wollongong, New South Wales.

The glamorous ex-WAG, 41, has spent $150,000 renovating the 1950s-built Lake Heights property, adding a third bedroom and an overall stylish makeover.

However, the expensive renovation sent the asking price skyrocketing, and back in April, Kyly had offered the rent for $650 a week.

Unfortunately, the brunette beauty couldn’t find a renter at that price, so she lowered the rental rate first to $630 and then to $610 per week.

And now The Daily Telegraph is reporting that Kyly has put the stylish property up for sale at $565-a-week.

She bought the home in 2021 for $550,000 and spent nearly two years renovating and modernizing the rustic property.

It is one of three houses that the model has in her real estate portfolio.

Last year she bought an investment property in Muswellbrook in the Upper Hunter region of New South Wales.

According to The Daily Telegraph, the former WAG bought the suburban home for about $685,000.

Elsewhere in the report, the home was said to have been built in 2010 for $408,000 and the lot sold for $110,000.

Kyly, an interior designer, will no doubt give the property an update.

It’s been more than a year since Kyly began renovating her first investment property in Berkeley, a suburb of Wollongong.

Kyle and her cricketer ex-husband Michael Clarke announced their separation in February 2021 after seven years together. However, it is believed that they had in fact quietly split five months earlier.

They share custody of their daughter, Kelsey Lee, and the split is believed to be amicable.
